Booking: Please complete the following booking form to reserve a place. If you would prefer a paper copy then you can download the booking form by clicking here. The deadline for booking is 25th February 09. Once we have received your completed form we will send you an invoice which must be paid within ten working days otherwise a place cannot be guaranteed.
Conference Fee: Local Authorities, Regional and National Government bodies, School, Colleges, Universities, Commercial Sector = £175
Voluntary Sector, Madrasah/Mosques = £50
Workshops: Please pick two workshops you would like to attend. We will endeavour to allocate your chosen workshops but if not possible we may offer an alternative workshop. The available workshops are: Workshop - A: Exploring Muslim Heritage in the modern world, Workshop - B: Islam and Citizenship Education Project, Workshop - C: Developing a Culturally Inclusive Curriculum, Workshop - D: Islam and the Arts, Workshop - E: Every Muslim Parent and Governor Matters
